Need to build lean muscle? Want maximum muscle size? Exercising alone is not the key to building the amazing body that you want. To build defined, lean muscle, you need more than just cardio. You need proper diet, nutrition, and weight resistance training. There is nothing worse than being built like an ox, but not having enough strength to lift a 5 lbs. bag of potatoes for three minutes because you are drained. The 5 step muscle building process I recommend includes aerobics, strength and rest. You cannot successfully build muscle without rest. You do not need to go to the gym every day to achieve maximum muscle mass. You just need dedication, concentration, motivation and education.

Bigger Muscle Building Step 1: Join a gym close to your house. If you want to build muscle, you will need to lift weights. Unless you already own the weights, it is cheaper to join a gym. Plus, you might need a spot every now and again. Most gyms have a variety of equipment and tons of specials that will save you a fortune in the long run. If you don’t believe me, just think about it. A three month gym membership will cost you $65.00 compared to one 50 pound barbell that will cost you between $55.00 and $65.00.

Bigger Muscle Building Step 2: Start taking muscle building supplements. Eating alone will not provide you with enough available proteins and muscle building nutrients to create the size you are looking for in a 3 to 4 month period. There is a lot of stuff out there. If you have gastro issues you need to drink raw cow milk. You can find it from any health food store or local farm. When you switch to raw cow milk, you will notice a difference in taste.But it is better for building bulk plus it has pure, unadulterated CLA. CLA is great for lean mass. If you can bear the taste, add a scoop of cocoa to change the taste.

When I train people I give them goat milk mixed with camel milk. There is nothing better for body building than goat milk and camel milk. If you start drinking goat milk and camel milk you will notice your bones and teeth become stronger.
